Martin Jones OBE, our well decorated health & Safety member of the team has provided timely advice and solutions to a myriad of clients from National Power at Hinkley Point to local contractors in need of latest guidance and updates.
Martin was one of the leading consultants back in 2005 - 2007 when the introduction of the CDM Coordinator role under CDM 2007, came into force.
The natural progression from having provided that role to the now Principal Designer Role under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 , we have provided since the introduction of the legislation.
Sitting alongside our clients to safe guard them an extended role we also offer.
The range of services include:
- Plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate health and safety during the pre-construction phase
- Ensure that coherent pre-construction information regarding the project both prior to the current work and as generated by the team is handed over to the principal contractor
- Organise and ensure circulation of all pre-existing information on the project
- Ensure the team work to reduce risks, co-ordinate information, and generate solutions for construction, maintenance, and cleaning
- Generate and organise information for the health and safety file, and hand this over upon completion of the works
